Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.Engage in virtual, customer-facing interactions using video communication software (SmartLook) to provide updates and collaborate with experts.Use your in-depth bookkeeping/accounting knowledge to manage client calls, addressing complex financial issues such as financial statement errors, sales tax, and payroll issues.Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and workpapers.Ensure compliance with GAAP and Company´s service agreements while meeting deadlines and processing client work efficiently.Build high-quality customer interactions and experiences with empathy, ensuring confidence through expert knowledge.Utilize strong organizational skills for timely client communication and follow-up.Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions and review ledger entries.Qualifications:
3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.Minimum of 1 year working within QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Online Pro Certification required.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.CPA and/or CPB certification preferred.Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills.Proficient in technology with solid knowledge of computer operations and software.Dedicated high-speed internet connection required.High degree of customer service skills, with proficiency in video and audio communication tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision.Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.Location:
