Join our finance team as a Accounting Supervisor and take the lead in managing tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating audits. You'll be responsible for overseeing government incentive applications, VAT refunds, and driving process improvements, while supporting team development in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Your key responsibilities:

Ensuring all accounting and tax processes comply with tax legislation and company policies/rules, and taking necessary actionsOrganize and manage all types of audits and prepare all required documentsTimely execution of assigned dutiesPreparation of required documentation and studies in areas such as government incentives (R&D, Investment Incentives, Social SecurityPremium Incentives, and other incentives), and VAT refundsSupporting and monitoring the development of the responsible team

Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting/Tax/AuditGood knowledge of SAP FI moduleExperience in IFRS/Tax/Incentives/Tax Return processesGood command of writing and speaking EnglishHaving team management is a requirementGood interpersonal skills, ablity to work co-operativelySMMM (CPA) certificate is requirement
