Key responsibilities include supporting the analyses of issues related to all operational accounting functions, such as general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Job expectations include performing analytical research and leveraging judgment to make informed decisions using accounting systems and tools, following established processes, and handling exceptions and escalations within the Line of Business. **LOB Job Description** : Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex operational accounting functions / issues including in depth analysis. The incumbent will take appropriate action based on process characteristics of extremely complex issues related to all operational accounting functions. Must be considered a subject matter expert in operational accounting policies and routines. Complex decisions are made based on analytical research and judgment. Requires extensive experience and must follow established procedures & guidelines while utilizing multiple systems & tools. Ensures compliance with Federal and Bank Regulations. Excellent communication and follow up skills required. To appropriately investigate and decision issues, incumbent will interact with multiple business partners. Communication includes process education, operational accounting education, setting appropriate expectations or skillfully defusing the situation. **Job Overview** This role is in ATM Exceptions. Analysts are responsible for the analysis of ATMs serviced by vendors and financial center employees. Analysts resolve out of balances that have occurred for various reasons by communicating with Transportation Services, Financial Center personnel and Vendors daily to gain resolution to various types of exceptions.
