Consistently practices and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization. · Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies. · Follow all company animal welfare guidelines. · Other duties as directed. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** + Enters Live Production data into MTech system & posts data in SAP daily. + Generates SAP reports & verifies accuracy of data. + Updates various Excel reports daily/weekly/monthly for management. + Completes customer short-weight claims daily/weekly. + Verifies daily shipments are complete and invoiced correctly. + Compiles & uploads Agristats data weekly. + Audits weekly fleet fuel purchases and reports to corporate. + Compiles monthly mileage for complex fleets and reports to management. + Responsible for requisitioning supplies, within budget, for Plant Accounting department. + Collects and distributes mail daily. + Audit chicken sales order pickups to purchases monthly. + Helps with month end close process and participates in some quarterly inventory audits. + Cross-train and backup other Accounting Clerks in the department as needed.
