Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our clients team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who excels in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. Responsibilities: • Process 10-20 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. • Perform 3-way matching to verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. • Assist with post-check run tasks, including organizing check documents and saving them appropriately. • Handle 20-30 payment transactions weekly and maintain detailed records. • Conduct B2B collections to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments. • Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial reporting. • Utilize multiple accounting systems to manage financial tasks efficiently. • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable is required; Accounts Payable experience is preferred but can be trained. • Proficiency in handling billing functions and account reconciliation. • Experience working with various accounting systems. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to perform B2B collections and maintain clear and effective communication. • Flexibility to take on tasks outside the defined role as needed.
