Assists collections to verify status of delinquent accounts. · Processing payments to utilities and · Research any pricing and quantity differences with Operations. · Reconciling accounts, make notes of the debits and credits. · Processing of chargebacks returns and bad checks. · Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately. Maintain customer invoice, check payments. · Provide support to other groups in accounting as needed. **Qualifications:** · 2-4year experience in accounts payable/receivable or experience in a general accounting position. · Strong organization and communication skills. · Concentration on accuracy and timeliness. · Ability to work under limited supervision. Proactive, flexible and highly motivated. · Has critical analytical abilities, team working capabilities and be results oriented. · Ability to work in a high-volume department, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision. · Prior Produce industry experience is highly desirable The starting pay rate for Accounting Specialist job is $25.00 to $28.00/hr.
