Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join a growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable processes. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in high-volume invoice processing and vendor communication while contributing to a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Process a high volume of accounts receivable invoices with accuracy and efficiency. • Handle accounts payable tasks, including vouchering and maintaining proper documentation. • Collaborate with teams such as customer service and purchasing to address and resolve discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders. • Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Manage purchase orders and maintain compliance with financial policies. • Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial workflows and reporting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions. • Identify and resolve issues related to accounts receivable and payable processes. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. • Proficiency in using ERP systems for financial operations. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes. • Experience with high-volume invoice processing and vouchering. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with purchase orders and vendor relationship management. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
