Accounting Services Associate

Location: Onsite- Sandy, UT
Schedule: Fulltime- Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm (no weekends)
Pay Rate: $18 per hour PLUS Full Benefits Package

Job Summary:

\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with banks, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Oracle is a plus. This role will focus on auditing vendor setups, managing wire transfers, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n Audit vendor setups to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.\n Verify and complete wire transfer setups in Oracle.\n Monitor bank websites for wire transfer errors and discrepancies.\n Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to resolve issues.\n Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.\n Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.\n Prior experience working with banks or in a financial institution is helpful.\n Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.\n Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems is a plus.\n Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n

Preferred Skills:

\n\n Familiarity with wire transfer processes and banking platforms.\n Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.\n Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
