We are looking for a Accounting and Reporting Manager!

 

Job purpose: The Accounting and Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role oversees the integrity of financial data, supports operational decision-making through insightful analysis, and ensures alignment with local and international accounting standards. The manager plays a key role in managing month-end close processes, coordinating audits, and driving continuous improvement in reporting systems to support agility and transparency across the supply chain, commercia and support functions.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • General Ledger Oversight: Manage the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and reconciled regularly • Budget and Forecast: Prepare budgets (SP and AP) and financial forecasts (Rofo), providing insights based on historical data and current trends. • Business Partnering: Proactive financial partnership with all functions to drive business performance and decision-making • Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant laws (e.g., tax regulations, statutory reporting). • Audit Coordination: Act as the key contact for external auditors and supports internal audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. • Team: Oversee junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other Finance field • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting roles • Experience in leading audits and ensuring compliance with IFRS/local GAAP • Business Partnering, build strong relationships with commercial, supply chain, and corporate teams • Integrity & Accountability, uphold ethical standards and takes ownership of financial outcomes • Fluent in English • Independent and Resilient    Good luck!
