About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an Accounting & Reporting Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Accounting & Reporting Manager lies within the Finance Controlling & Accounting team and is based in our Istanbul (Akmerkez) Office. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Head of Controlling.
In brief, you will be responsible for
To deliver timely, accurate and consistent monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; both in USGAAP and Turkish GAAP
Lead financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
Supervise and control bookings & recordings the general accounting documents
Manage year-end external audits (KGK)
Manage financial risk by implementing effective control systems and monitoring financial performance indicators
Supervising AR (OTC) team from the reporting and accounting perspective, supporting AR Lead for timely collections and reviewing overdue balances
Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy to enhance the workflow of the department
To meet all audit requirements to ensure proper internal controls are in place
To deliver accurate and ad hoc financial analysis
What you bring
Have at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields, and preferably a master's degree
6+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience, preferable in multinational company and FMCG sector
3+ years Big4 experience is an asset
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills; SAP knowledge is must, Power BI and VBA is an asset
CPA certification is an asset
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to thrive in fast-moving high growth environment, balancing multiple challenging priorities
Strong in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
