Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support fixed assed (leasing) activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Finance Function in San Luis Potosi for LATAM. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPerforming general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to the classification and recoding of financial transactions.•\tExecuting quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.•\tComplying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in General Accounting team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.•\tAssisting with data gathering, data entry, and basic financial analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have 1–2 years of experience in general accounting, with a focus on fixed assets.\tYou are proficient in SAP and Excel.\tExperience in leasing is considered an asset.\tYou can communicate effectively in English at an intermediate level.\tBasic communication skills in Portuguese are a plus.\tYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
