Your role and responsibilities

Mission Statement:Perform relevant Accounts Receivable tasks as a committed team member to meet the needs of ABB’s core business partners and to contribute to provide effective and efficient finance and accounting services related to our customers.Process-\tPerform necessary activities / tasks within the FAO O2C department to ensure accurate and timely reporting-\tPerform analysis of specific Accounts Receivable accounts on a regular basis and take appropriate action when necessary-\tComply with and help to achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Receivable for applicable templates-\tApply ABB Group Accounting standards, compliance to ABB’s Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, and local GAAP and compliance with ABB Group Charter-\tActively seek opportunities to improve processesCustomer-\tMeet commitments and deliver high quality services to all applicable stakeholders in line with agreed upon service levels-\tCommit to professional ownership of service levels-\tCommit to and drive customer focus and customer satisfaction to ensure business partners and suppliers are provided the service levels agreedTeam-\tWork within the internal control environment for the FAO O2C department-\tSupport and participate in safety, compliance, business ethics, Group Charter, communications and other related activities-\tCommit to a culture of learning-\tContribute to team spirit

Qualifications for the role

-\t0 – 2 years of experience, preferentially in accounts payable / accounts receivable.-\tAccounting and basic system knowledge-\tGood English written and verbal communication skills -\tDedication and commitment-\tPriority will be given to those with experience in using AI for data collation, analysis, and programming.
