This position blends hands-on accounting execution with strategic oversight—ensuring compliance, enhancing internal controls, and supporting capital investment processes. Your impact will be felt across financial operations, audits, and reporting activities that matter to our teams and stakeholders alike. **Key Responsibilities** As an Accounting Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: • Executing and analyzing key accounting operations, including intercompany cash, government reporting, financial statements, and balance sheet integrity • Supporting CAPEX process tracking and project accounting accuracy • Preparing and reviewing reconciliations and general ledger activities • Contributing to internal and external audit readiness and process compliance • Developing and documenting accounting policies, controls, and procedures • Leading and contributing to small-scale finance projects **Requirements** We’re looking for curious, proactive individuals who thrive in cross-functional environments and bring financial precision to every task.
