The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting our Dealership Accounting Operations as part of the F&A Process and Automation team. This position oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. With high visibility across the organization and significant stakeholder engagement, this role directly contributes to advancing strategic priorities and improving operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from initiation to completion with clear plans, schedules, and milestones.
Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track.
Research and recommend new technologies that align with business goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Monitor project performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve success.
Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving to maintain momentum.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in project management tools/software.
Experience with Dealership Accounting Operations (highly preferred).
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies (a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
