Day-to-day responsibilities: 

Maintain and oversee financial accounting system for Kroll Government Solutions (“KGS”) which separate from Kroll’s accounting system.Responsible for ensuring vendor invoices are recorded correctly in NetSuite and paid on time.Responsible for monthly AR collection calls.Responsible for monthly client billing process and ensuring client invoices are recorded correctly.Responsible for processing and reviewing bi-monthly payroll.Manage missing and draft time entries and ensure weekly and monthly utilization analyses is accurate.Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis. Responsible for monthly upload of local book activity to Kroll’s accounting system. Reconcile local accounting books to Kroll’s accounting system and ensure both set of books match.Prepare monthly balance sheet tie out.Prepare and analyze financial statement fluctuations as well as supplemental financial statement reporting package.Responsible for annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts as well as monthly analysis of budget to actuals.Prepare documentation and assist with external audit requests.

Essential traits: 

Advanced and strong knowledge of English.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent reviewing skills, on hard copy or digital.Attention to detail.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
