Description Accounting Manager As the Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of 5, while driving financial excellence to support long-term growth. Start your day between 7-9 AM (40 hours per week) Responsibilities + Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. + Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to guide strategic decision-making. + Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and reporting requirements. + Supervise and support the accounting team of 5. + Lead audits and maintain relationships with external auditors and tax advisors Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. (IDEAL) + Expertise in accounting software and systems; familiarity with any ERP system is a plus. + Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. + Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
