We’re currently looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our Fort Worth-based team and play a key role in driving operational and financial excellence.

What You’ll Do

As Accounting Manager, you'll lead a team of 3–5 professionals and oversee core accounting functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You’ll be a key player in financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls—serving as a bridge between day-to-day accounting operations and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing AP, AR, payroll, GL reporting, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closeAnalyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAPLeading close cycles and ensuring timely delivery of financialsDriving budgeting processes and reviewing performance vs. planManaging sales tax compliance and returnsSupporting internal and external audits and SOX requirementsPreparing and analyzing financial reports, expense trends, and customer rebate dataImproving internal controls and recommending process enhancementsMentoring and developing accounting team members

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of GAAP, tax reporting, and internal controlsProficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft ExcelAnalytical mindset with strong decision-making and communication skillsAbility to navigate and analyze complex financial datasetsExperience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
