We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will require you to manage all aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Financial Statements, and Month End processes. You will work closely with the CEO/President and other team members to ensure the financial health of the company. This is a unique opportunity to lead the accounting function in a small office environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full cycle accounting processes including AP, AR, payroll, financial statements, and month end close.Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliation, and journal entries.Prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets.Collaborate with the CEO/President and other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.Maintain and manage accounting records and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.SkillsProficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliation.Experience with month end close processes and journal entries.Strong knowledge of full cycle accounting, including AP and AR.Proficiency in Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.Experience with QuickBooks and ADP for payroll processing.QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred or 5+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant3-5+ years of experience in full cycle accounting.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in a small office setting. You will work in a quiet environment and collaborate closely with a small team, including the CEO. The role requires the ability to work independently and manage all accounting processes single-handedly.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
