This position is open due to an internal promotion. The Accounting Manager will gain exposure to all aspects of real estate accounting and work directly with the controller and CFO. Responsibilities: * Oversee some Accounting Staff * Maintain accuracy of property rent rolls, financial statements/reports, budgets, and cash projections * Oversee bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and budgeting * Assist with HR duties * Ad hoc accounting and financial projects
