The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep expertise in accounting practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team, oversee financial operations across multiple entities, and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee accounting operations for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and manage month-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, maintaining the integrity of financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and address financial needs.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create financial models and streamline reporting processes.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained for regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department to optimize workflows.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing teams, with the ability to oversee up to six direct reports.
• Expertise in multi-entity accounting, including handling financial operations for multiple entities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of general ledger functions, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards and financial statement preparation.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
