Responsibilities: * Compile, evaluate, and submit monthly reports to bank servicers * The Accounting Manager will ensure debt reporting is executed accurately and on schedule * Create cash flow forecasts aligned with financial targets for each debt instrument * Advise senior leadership on strategies for monthly cash disbursement and retention * Address inquiries and provide support to lenders, partners, and rating agencies * Verify financial results for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards * The Accounting Manager will work closely with FP&A and operations teams to confirm financial performance * Guide and mentor junior accounting staff while supporting audits and special projects
