**Accounting Manager** Lead and assist in the development, testing and implementation of project requirements Facilitate the consistent use of the Agile methodology for delivering projects Present results, findings, risks and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders Contribute to Process Improvement through project development and knowledge sharing with a well governed mindset Participate in key corporate projects such as technology and data transformation, process improvement, and business initiatives Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and stay connected on process or product changes Demonstrate ability to maintain effectiveness in constantly changing environment Ability to apply integrative thinking in complex situations, identify issues and propose solutions Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to integrate information from different sources to solve problems and improve processes Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experience At least 3 years of experience driving projects in accounting, external financial reporting, audit, finance, or a combination Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 4+ years of experience driving projects in Accounting **Comments** Accounting Project support to complete system configurations, documentation, and testing across multiple Discover launch and conversion events PayRate: $54.77 per hour **Pay Details:** $54.77 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
