Position Summary:

A Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting operations and support financial decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, technical accounting knowledge, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the accounting department

Manage and maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely

Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their professional development

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

Coordinate annual audit process with external auditors

Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and relevant regulations

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Collaborate with other departments on financial matters and special projects

Qualifications:
