Accounting Manager - Hybrid / Braintree, MA

Our client, a healthcare services company, is seeking an Accounting Manager for a temporary engagement covering a leave through the end of the year. The Accounting Manager will lead the day-to-day accounting operations, with a primary focus on month-end close activities, team oversight, and financial accuracy across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reportingReview location-level P&Ls and identify variancesSupervise and support accounting staff; review work for accuracyRespond to accounting inquiries from operational teams across ~150 sitesMaintain accounting procedures and documentationSupport fixed assets tracking and related reportingAssist with cross-functional projects and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications
