Responsibilities will include: * Maintain and reconcile all financial records in QuickBooks * Manage accounts payable and receivable, and all corporate billings * Process payroll and payroll taxes * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Track job costs and assist with budgeting and forecasting * Reconcile bank and credit card statements * Assist with tax preparation and liaise with external accountants * Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to management * Maintain organized digital and physical financial records * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
