Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Mission:
To ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective internal controls while leading a high-performing accounting team within the Shared Services Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.Manage financial reporting, audits, and bank compliance activities.Maintain fixed asset inventory and ensure proper accounting treatment.Design and improve accounting systems and internal controls.Conduct special accounting studies and support cost allocation.Supervise and develop accounting staff in line with company policies.Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and support daily banking operations.Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.CPD – preferable.Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., tax audit certification) are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a multinational corporation or consulting firm (Big 4 experience is a plus).\Experience in a shared services environment is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Thai taxation regulations.Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:
