Fall-Spring Accounting Intern – ERP System Conversion Support
Internship Duration: Fall-Spring Semester (August – March)

 
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college intern to support our Accounting and Finance team during a major software conversion project—from ComputerEase to Sage Intacct. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a real-world ERP system implementation, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties & Responsibilities: All duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Assist in data validation and cleanup during the software conversion process Support the transfer and reconciliation of financial and project data Use Excel to analyze and organize complex datasets Perform detailed comparisons to ensure accuracy and completeness of transferred data Document processes, findings, and any issues that arise during the conversion Provide general support to the Accounting and Finance team as needed

 

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field  Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Interest in accounting systems or enterprise software is a plus Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
