Compensation:

20.00/hr and available either part-time or full-time.

 

Additional Details:

This internship is during the Fall 2025 school semester. Projected start date is in August or September of 2025We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree Program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026 Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis.  Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist in preparing financial statement & analysisWork closely with rental branches and other departmentsAssist accounting managers with reports, etc.Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cashAssist in accounting schedules & filingPerform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Qualifications Must be a college student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an Accounting or Finance MajorMust be graduating by May 2026Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordMust have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social securityMust have a valid US driver's licenseMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust be able to start in Late August-Early September 2025
