The Accounting Intern will work with the accounting team on a variety of specific projects and areas as noted below. This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager but will have exposure to the wider business teams. Interns will complete a capstone type project over the summer culminating in a presentation to business leadership.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s in AccountingSatisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

Certain peak periods may provide opportunity for overtime. This is a paid position. The internship will run for 12 weeks from May to August. Exact dates flexible based on school schedules.
