Job Description A quantitative trading firm is looking for an Accounting Data Analyst to join their team for a vendor master clean up project. The firm is in the process of automating the invoice scanning process, freeing up time and resourcing within finance, while also reducing human errors. In order to accomplish this across all vendors, vendor master data needs to be checked and corrected, and keywords to use in our automation need to be identified. This person will be cross checking data between Oracle and their various invoice platforms. They will be verifying GL codes, cost centers and charge codes. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting with strong excel skills to perform pivot tables in order to streamline the data clean up.
