Description We are partnering with a reputable construction company seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Accounts Payable (AP) and a desire to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness + Manage vendor onboarding, including W-9 collection and setup + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals + Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls Qualifications: + Minimum 1 year of AP experience, including invoice processing and vendor setup + Familiarity with W-9 documentation and AP best practices + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), QuickBooks, Data Entry, Invoice Processing Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
