We are seeking a results-driven Sage Intacct Consultant to support post-implementation initiatives and drive process improvements across vendor management and billing operations. This role will play a key part in optimizing workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes within Sage Intacct.

Description

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement within Sage Intacct.Design and implement enhanced workflows for vendor management and billing.Develop and configure custom reports and dashboards to support financial visibility and decision-making.Monitor and validate billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assist in reconciling outstanding invoices and purchase orders, ensuring timely resolution.Provide training and documentation to internal stakeholders on new processes and reporting tools.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure successful adoption of system enhancements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with Sage Intacct, particularly in post-implementation support and optimization.Strong understanding of vendor management, billing, and financial reporting processes.Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and reporting solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience in ERP environments and financial systems integration is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
