Kforce's client, a nonprofit organization in Lafayette Hill, PA is seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant to provide temporary backfill support during a critical ERP transition. This role will ensure stability and continuity in accounting operations while permanent leadership focuses on system implementation. The position will not be involved in ERP activities but will oversee day-to-day accounting functions and support teams organization wide. Key Responsibilities: Oversee operational accounting including: * General ledger, monthly close, and accounts payable * Budget monitoring and variance analysis * Intercompany reconciliations and functional expense reporting * Maintain compliance with GAAP and nonprofit standards, including ASC 842 lease accounting * Support insurance accounting for a captive entity * Manage cost allocation methodologies * Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP and Prophix for reporting and budgeting; support existing models during transition
