As an Accounting Clerk, you would be responsible for paying all hotel bills in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nPay and record bills upon verification of accuracy, back-up documentation and appropriate approvals\nComplete month-end responsibilities\nCoordinate receiving purchase orders and invoices for proper coding and approvals in Smart Spend\nEnsure all accounts are current, reconcile vendor statements and maintain record of payments\nComplete tax exemptions to ensure tax exempt support is properly documented and submitted\nConduct research and prepare reports, as needed\nPrepare general cashier duties \nGeneral income audit responsibilities \nWhat are we looking for?
