Description About the Role: A growing manufacturing company in Kent, WA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support the finance team with high-volume data entry and general accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and an interest in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced accounting environment. Key Responsibilities: + Accurately enter large volumes of financial data into accounting software + Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing + Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts + Reconcile discrepancies and follow up with vendors or internal departments as needed + Support month-end closing processes + Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management Requirements Qualifications: + 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative data entry + High level of accuracy and attention to detail + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred) + Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment + Strong organizational and communication skills + High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
