Opportunity Overview Teradyne is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance operations in the robotics and semiconductor test equipment industry. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices and employee Travel & Entertainment expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers such as procurement, operations, engineering, accounting and internal audit. Key Responsibilities: + Enter and verify invoices in the Microsoft Dynamics AX and Oracle ERP systems + Process employee Travel & Entertainment expense reimbursement reports and payments + Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices + Coordinate with procurement and receiving groups to resolve discrepancies + Prepare and process payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks) + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues + Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes + Assist with month-end closing and accruals + Support internal and external audits with required documentation All About You We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Minimum Job Requirements: + Associate or technical degree in accounting or business administration. + English proficiency, written and verbal. 3+ years of experience in + Microsoft Dynamics AX and procurement workflows + Accounts payable experience. + Supporting Travel and Entertainment expenses reimbursement process, invoice imaging, and approval workflow. + Microsoft Office Package. + Advance Excel Preferred Job Requirements: + AP experience within High- Technical manufacturing environment. + Oracle.
