The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments. • Create work tickets and invoices with precision and attention to detail. • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative duties. • Maintain organized records of all financial activities and documentation. • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. • Assist in resolving discrepancies and reconciling accounts as needed. • Support other accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency of operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in creating and managing invoices and work tickets. • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial documentation. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and resolving issues. • Competence in using office software and accounting systems.
