Description We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Accounting Clerk to handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities: • Record and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy. • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner. • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate general ledgers. • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite to manage financial data. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Assist with payroll processing and other bookkeeping tasks as needed. • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and resolve financial discrepancies. • Provide support during audits or financial reviews. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for easy retrieval. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar financial role. • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Willingness to work on-site in Galrand, Texas.
