Description Our special client in the luxury resort and hospitality industry in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their finance team. This role offers a beautiful work environment, a supportive team, and the opportunity to contribute to a business that values both precision and guest experience. 💵 Pay Range: $22–$24 per hour What You’ll Be Doing: + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. + Reconcile daily revenue reports and assist with bank deposits. + Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close. + Support the accounting team with data entry and invoice tracking. + Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Requirements + 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Familiarity with accounting software and Excel. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. + Hospitality experience is a plus!
