Description Our Concord client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide backup support to their Procurement and Accounts Payable teams. This hybrid role ensures smooth purchasing operations and timely vendor payments, helping maintain strong supplier relationships and accurate financial records. Requirements Procurement Support + Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding + Track and follow up on outstanding orders and delivery timelines + Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies + Liaise with internal departments to clarify purchasing needs and specifications + Support vendor negotiations and contract management as needed Accounts Payable Support + Process invoices and match them to purchase orders and receipts + Resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase documentation + Assist with payment runs and ensure timely vendor payments + Maintain accurate records of transactions and vendor communications + Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile account statements Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
