Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. This position, ideal for someone seeking part-time hours 9AM-2PM. The role involves handling a variety of accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the organization. Responsibilities: • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner. • Handle billing functions, including preparing and sending invoices. • Complete data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records. • Process invoices and verify payment details. • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle to manage financial data. • Generate reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel. • Assist with maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial record maintenance. • Proficiency in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Familiarity with billing processes and invoice management. • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail. • Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle. • Competence in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Effective communication and organizational skills.
