Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Addison, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing financial processes and working with software tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Perform job costing analysis to support financial decision-making and reporting. • Reconcile account balances to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. • Utilize Excel for data management tasks, including creating pivot tables and performing VLOOKUP functions. • Handle invoice processing and ensure proper documentation and approval workflows. • Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits or reviews as needed. • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements • Proven experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting tools. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others. • Knowledge of job costing and account reconciliation processes.
