Description Job Title: Accounting Clerk Location: 100% Onsite – Tulsa, OK Pay: $19+/hour Duration: Temporary (90 Days) – Strong Possibility of Temp-to-Hire We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Tulsa. This is a 90-day temporary role with a strong potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: + Review and verify invoices and check requests + Sort and process invoices using 2-way and 3-way matching + Assist with expense report and payment processing + Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records + Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current + Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues + Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries + Assist with month-end closing activities + Provide supporting documentation for audits + Perform various data entry and administrative accounting tasks Requirements Requirements: + Previous accounting or accounts payable experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting software + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check If you're dependable, detail-focused, and looking for a great opportunity to grow with a company, we encourage you to apply!
