Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Richardson, TX. In this contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate reconciliation of employee time records and payroll data while supporting billing operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining precise financial documentation. Responsibilities: • Verify and reconcile employee time records against payroll system data to ensure accuracy. • Utilize applications and software to cross-check and validate employee attendance and project hours. • Process invoices and handle accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. • Enter data into accounting systems with accuracy and attention to detail. • Collaborate with team members to streamline billing operations and reduce processing time. • Assist in resolving discrepancies between field service records and payroll reports. • Support the transition and integration of operational systems as needed. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records. • Provide timely support for billing inquiries and adjustments. • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable processes. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing. • Familiarity with time and attendance systems. • Ability to handle billing tasks with accuracy and efficiency. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with reconciliation processes and financial records management. • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
