Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Neenah, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract position offering a great opportunity to contribute to essential financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting tools. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. • Manage invoice processing and ensure timely billing and payment collection. • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update financial records. • Perform data entry tasks to support accounting operations. • Create and analyze Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, for financial reporting. • Handle business-to-business (B2B) collections and follow up on outstanding accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth collection operations. • Conduct routine audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. • Prepare and review financial documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of formulas. • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with invoice processing and billing collection procedures. • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) collections. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
