Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist a well-established organization with a backlog of administrative work related to a recent SAP conversion. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to jump in and help a busy team catch up on key transactional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks such as job lot billing, scanning/faxing orders and quotations, and providing proofs of delivery (POD) as needed
Process customer credits and deductions; investigate root causes and resolve issues in LIV workflows
Generate, track, and clear daily/weekly/monthly reports
Maintain and file tax certificates, documents, and company records
Enter and approve transactions including returns to suppliers and customers, miscellaneous billings, and credits
Participate in annual inventory and month-end/year-end closing tasks
Identify and recommend process improvements through participation in quality initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with SAP and PowerApps is a plus, but not required
Strong data entry, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments
Schedule: Flexible start times (7:00 am–4:00 pm, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, or 8:00 am–5:00 pm)
Start Date: ASAP

• Ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently.
