In partnership with global leaders, we bring veterinarians cutting edge technologies in imaging and laboratory analysis.

We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk to join our team, based in our Altorf office. This is a great opportunity to join a large, international company, gain cross-border experience, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive finance team. This is an office-based position in Altorf, with the possibility for hybrid work (partially home-based) following a successful onboarding period.

As part of a 10-person finance team, you will provide essential administrative support to the accounting department, help streamline day to day operations, and assist in ad-hoc activities that support the broader finance function. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to grow, enjoys teamwork, and is eager to develop new skills within a dynamic and international business environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Be a key member of the Altorf-based finance team of 10 associates, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Support operational accounting tasks and administrative activities

Reviewing and entering expense reports

Filing, archiving, and documentation management

Monitoring customer payments and following up via phone or email

Preparing check deposits

Coordinating with external service providers for maintenance, repairs, and insurance matters

Manage company car fleet operations

Maintain the vehicle tracking spreadsheet

Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules

Ensure the sales team has the vehicles needed for customer visits

Provide ad-hoc support to ensure smooth and efficient finance operations

Education and Experience:

Two-year degree (equivalent to BAC+2) in administrative business management or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within an international environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Solid understanding of administrative processes and financial transactions, particularly in expense and accounts payable management

Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools

Collaborative team player who fosters a positive work culture

Good command of both French and English (spoken and written), essential for communication across international teams
