Responsibilities: + Perform data entry tasks for accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. + Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain robust accounting accuracy. + Assist in generating and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments and record-keeping. + Work closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and provide support during audits. + Maintain meticulous filing systems, both physical and digital, in compliance with company policies and regulations. + Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing reports and updating ledgers. Requirements + Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar financial role. + Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as [QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant systems]. + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. + Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
