You will file and scan documents daily and assist the finance department with projects like quarterly and year-end audits. Strong multitasking and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. The Accounting clerk is integral to the smooth functioning of the accounting department and the organization's overall financial well-being.
Responsibilities:Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documentation and or recordsUpdate and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts receivable and accounts payables.
