Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors. • Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking. • Perform data entry tasks to support overall accounting operations. • Verify and reconcile invoices, addressing any discrepancies promptly. • Assist with maintaining organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient accounting workflows. • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed. • Generate financial reports and summaries as required. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role. • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. • Experience in invoice processing and reconciliation. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Effective communication skills for team collaboration. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
